Our first Cre8:S’more event ended up with two http://cre8theblog.blogspot.com/2010/11/cre8-smore-first-family-night.html, so “twice as nice” seems to be the order of the season!  Now, to help us all enter the Christmas season in simplicity, Mike and I are so thrilled to be able to offer an intimate visit to the manger…
Our first Christmas Night will be held for college students from around the Triad, singles, and young married couples with no kids.
  • Where? – Mount Pleasant Chapel, Tanglewood Park
  • When? – Thursday, December 2, 6:00 pm. (Worship will begin at 6:30)
  • What else? – You may RSVP to ride the wagon through the Festival of Lights at 8:00 pm ($5) per passenger, or you can head home (free) or go to the main entrance and drive through the Lights with your car ($10 per car)…  we have reserved 2 wagons that will hold up to 30 people each.
And for a full FAMILY experience (with kids)…

  • What else? – You may RSVP to ride the wagon through the Festival of Lights at 8:00 pm ($15) per family if you want ($5 if you come alone), or you can head home (free) or go to the main entrance and drive through the Lights with your car ($10 per car)…  we have reserved 2 wagons that will hold up to 30 people each. 

Directions to the back entrance of the park will be given to you when you RSVP (email through this blog or to ami@wideopenministries.org).  Cars will remain parked near the chapel, and the wagon will return us there after the ride through the Festival of Lights.
